Update
We're still investigating the issue with the Virtual Terminal and Invoices being unavailable on the Square Dashboard.

In the meantime, you can still access the Virtual Terminal by following this link https://squareup.com/terminal/. You can also use the Square Point of Sale app to create and manage invoices while our team are working on a solution.

We apologise again for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this. We'll be back with more information as soon as possible.

We're investigating reports some features, such as Invoices and Virtual Terminal, are unavailable on the Square Dashboard. This may impact your ability to create an invoice and take card-not-present payments on your Dashboard.

We want to assure you that this does not affect your ability to use the Square Point of Sale app to take payments or raise invoices.
