Our Engineering team has confirmed that all pending deposits (from Friday 4th October) have been sent and will be available in your linked bank account shortly.

Additionally, your customers can now pay Square Invoices, and API reporting is updating as expected.

We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and we’ll share another update here when all issues have been fully resolved.

We’ve confirmed with our Engineering team that deposits for Monday, October 7th will be available by the end of the day today. All other services are continuing to be monitored. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and will continue to provide updates as we receive them.

All of the appropriate teams are working to resolve the issues causing multiple services to be down and deposits to be delayed. We'll be back with an update as soon as possible.

We've now confirmed with our Engineering team that merchants have not received their deposits on Friday, October 7th. We're working on a fix, and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Our Engineering team has identified the root cause of the issues at hand and are actively working on a fix.

At this time the following services are still experiencing intermittent timeouts: Deposits page in the Point of Sale App and Dashboard, ability for customers to pay invoices, refunding payments, and API Reporting.

Engineering is still investigating issues with the Deposits page not loading and API reporting.

We've also had reports of intermittent issues with customers accessing Invoices and sellers not being able to issue refunds. The team is working diligently on implementing a fix.

Our Engineering team has identified the cause of connectivity issues with the Deposits page and API payments. Some customers are also experiencing issues paying invoices.

Our Engineering Team is still investigating issues with the Deposits page in the POS app and Dashboard. They are also looking into issues with API payments.
